Personality: Toulon is a calm, easy-going girl who is happiest cuddling on the couch with you or wrestling with her doggy siblings. When she has had enough fun playing, she will come over to you and ask to be held. She is an absolute love bug!
Why did they come to Wise? The Mediterranean beach town litter was rescued from an overcrowded shelter in North Carolina. They were abandoned and scared, not sure what would come next. WISE was able to bring them to NJ and now they can’t wait to find their forever homes!
