Training: Ortley is very smart and treat motivated! She has already mastered “sit”, “down” and responds well when told “no”. She will need an owner who will work on teaching her some puppy manners but she is very easily corrected!
Personality: Look into Ortley’s brown and blue eyes and then get ready to be showered in kisses! Ortley is the sweetest, friendliest pup! She greets everyone she meets with a wagging tail. She is the perfect mix of calm and playful. She loves to play with toys, specifically with bene bones or squeaky toys. Ortley is happy-go-lucky and she will flash you her infamous smile to show her appreciation for you!
Why did she come to WISE? Ortley was rescued from an overcrowded, high kill shelter in North Carolina. She had demodex mange and was found with barely any fur. Since receiving the care she desperately needed, she has been doing great! Her fur is mostly all grown back and she can’t wait to find her forever home!
