Austin

Meet Austin! He is a 5-year-old Maltese who is a spunky love bug!

He is fully grown at about 10 pounds making him the perfect lap dog. He loves to snuggle and be in your company. Austin will become your little shadow and make sure you never get lonely!

He enjoys lounging around the house with his canine foster siblings. He would do well in a home with another dog but he doesn’t mind being on his own either. Austin would do best with a single person or a family with no children. Austin tends to guard his special items and needs a family who understand guarding behaviors and are devoted to working with a trainer on behavior modification.

He loves going for walks around the neighborhood to explore. He is potty-trained and is working on crate training.

Austin was surrendered to the rescue after his family no longer wanted him. He is ready for a fresh start and eager to show how much love he has to offer!
